Over two years ago a vision began to take shape: to create spaces, resources, and tools where high-achieving leaders could step off the treadmill of over-functioning and step into a life of genuine alignment, joy, and ease.
We are so grateful to share that after a two and a half year application process, Everyday Yellow® is officially a registered trademark!
This mark protects the space and resources we build together, including:
Printed daily planners, journals, and non-fiction books designed for personal reflection.
Coaching services, retreats, webinars, seminars, and workshops tailored for personal and professional development.
Online journals, blogs, and video resources focused on living and leading for more joy and ease.
Because this space belongs to all of us, we aren't celebrating in isolation. We are inviting our entire community to gather, reflect, and celebrate with us.
About the Event

The Everyday Yellow® Mini-Workshop: A grounded, practical session on how to reconnect with yourself, release the need to over-function, and start cultivating more joy, ease, and spaciousness in your everyday life.

With over 25 years of executive experience in the nonprofit and social impact sectors—including serving as a founding Executive Director—Charisse has guided global changemakers at organizations like FedEx, Visa, CHIEF, Georgetown University and Morehouse College toward cultural transformation and leadership effectiveness. Today, she dedicates her work to helping teams build strong cultures and helping trailblazing women of color age 50+ move from overworked and overwhelmed to living and leading with more joy and ease.
